Does dexterity increase your running speed ?

You can see what an attribute affects in it's description (for dexterity it is attack speed and action speed).

However there are ways of increasing run speed, for example Arcanist's Boots increase it by 10%.

No, it increases how fast you use abilities like spells, reload guns, shoot and swing weapons, but not movement speed.

Movement speed increases come from things like boots, gloves, and certain chest armors. Possibly rings and trinkets as well, along with a few Abilities.

But not from Dex.

Avowed attributes do give minimal boosts, but are more for dialogue checks. Stat boosts mostly come from gear.

SO ANYONE WHO KNOWS WHAT BEST CLOTES/ARMOURS,GLOWES ARE BEST FOR MOVMENT/RUN SPEED IN GAME???
