Avowed
Can we please get more playing time at night ?
Most of the time in the game is spent during the day. Even if you are approaching the night after a long playing time, it is long past time to visit a camp again and level up weapons/armor.

At the latest when you leave the camp, you are “forced” to play a new day.

The game looks so beautiful with its warm colors at night.
Please devs, think about giving us more playtime at night.
Great game by the way.

Thanks guys

Anyone else would like to play at night time ?

I agree with this, I didn’t realize there was a night cycle until I stayed up one in-game day doing stuff and noticed the sunsetting. The day night cycle may be too long in game time given how long it takes to traverse the terrain. The game world looked absolutely beautiful at night.

You decide when to make camp. You don't have to do it when approaching the night. Do it at sunrise instead.

That being said, it would be nice if the game let you choose what time of day you want to exit the camp at, no argument there.

I agree. I've seen things just at the first camp like the glowing mushrooms that really made me appreciate the night, but I didn't even realize you could have night fall without camping.

The game automatically forwards time to night when you make camp, and automatically forwards time to the morning when you leave camp. It doesn't matter what time it is when you set camp up. The complaint in this case is that any attempt to enter or interact with camp automatically forwards time, and it takes far too long for night to fall under normal play conditions. You'd basically have to actively avoid trying to do anything in camp, or be on some long expedition in an area where you can't camp, to have night fall. That means no enhancing, crafting, chatting with companions, etc.
yeah i'm at the final dungeon and i've only stayed out long enough to hit night time like twice. a timeskip option would be great.

There are issues with the game and it is very good game overall, just need more missions or game plus addition (like game plus in Starfield). Also the main mission was far too short as well.

That is only a problem if you insist on camping every half-day. If you instead play throughout the whole day (including the night), and set the camp in the next morning, your playtime during the day and during the night time will be the same.

That's what i mean.

One possible solution could be, as in AC Origins, if I remember correctly, to have the choice of how many hours you want to pass by “meditating”.

Or - in the event that the programming effort is too great - to give the player 2 options to choose from when leaving the camp.

For example “save and leave at 6 o'clock in the morning ?”

or “save and leave at 6 o'clock in the evening ?”

So that you can also take in the atmospheric change of dawn or dusk.

There are already a few ideas but i'm no developer.
