Favorite Biome so far?

What has been your favorite Biome so far?

I have enjoyed them all but I think I like the look of the 2nd Biome the most, while I like the quests of the 1st and 3rd so far. Not tried the 4th biome or the end game area yet.

What about you? What has been your favorite area so far in the game and why?

Between tropical, forest, desert, and volcanic, I liked the snow and ice area the most!

Good pick, in that one mission when its got all the fog and tons of snow coming down, that looks so awesome

I like my beaches with surface coral since Chrono Cross on the PS1.

I've only made it to the third map so far.

I'd go with the first map just because of that stunning coastline, and there's some really pretty vista's of Paradis when you start climbing on things.
Second map was ok, but the constant fog makes it a bit, well, drab. It had some interesting points though (sunken village and the swamps in general).

I've spent quite some time exploring the 1st one, I've kinda rushed through the 2nd one, but I'm really loving the desert area. I'm actually taking my time exploring every part. The map seems easier to navigate, not everything is so open like in the previous two. There's pathways and stuff.

I guess the 3rd one is my favorite so far.
