Yep. Just proves with hard facts how bad this game is. Oblivion has far more Details as well, not to mention a ton of other, better RPGs in general

Gamers deserve what they can tolerate/buy.
I played Skyrim on launch day.

That was one of the worst experiences of the past 14 years of gaming. I'll never forget fighting a dragon, the game ending, and me thinking to myself, I'll never touch this sorry-assed video game again.

And I didn't.

So far, Avowed has not given me that feeling.

It's far more entertaining than Skyrim.

This is the one. Avowed is so much better than Skyrim it's not even a contest.

Private profile = invalid opinion

How many games you got on your Steam? tell the class ...

Why would you compare them? One is a triple A game with a huge budget, while the other is a AA game with a smaller budget and team. This is just someone purposely trying to find a way to ♥♥♥♥ on Avowed. And besides, Obsidian made it very clear they were NOT trying to make the next Skyrim. Repeatedly.

I've played both and they're both great, but for different reasons. I don't see what benefit there is in pitting them against each other.

Skyrim
>100 developers
>3-4 years development
>35,900 players 24h peak over 13 years after release

Avowed
>125 developers
>5+ years of development
>17,171 players all time peak

i'll just leave this here

Numbers without context mean nothing.

They're 1st person Fantasy RPG games... they're very comparable - just nowhere near the same quality

How many of those people were part time? Were there pauses in development? Was there change in leadership? Was the game rushed at any point or were they given free reign to take there time? There are so many aspects you don't know. Taking numbers at face value and making your own assumptions is a very stupid thing to do.
