question about the final area *spoilers*
ill try and avoid major spoilers, but basically in the last area, during the battles there are giant maegfolk visible on the horizon thumping around and fighting (though you don't see what). It wasn't clear to me how these fit in? Surely if the Steel Garrote had these available the battle would already have been over by the time you arrived and the game victory, the final conflict of the final area, doesn't seem to have any resolution that would have stopped those maegfolk. If they're there on Woedica's command, the defeat of her mortal and undead servants wouldn't have stopped her.

Maybe its explained if you choose the evil path, aligning with Woedica, but knowing what people with Pillars experience do its hard to see myself ever doing a playthrough where I do that.

Other than this incongruity, loved the ending. Had a very scouring of the shire feel to it, after what felt like it was going to be the end of the game. Also loved the way both with your companions and the voice in your head, it was mainly about finding their trauma, helping them deal with it, then helping them deal with it again to fully settle it. That was great :)
