Aiming Reticle

Are there any plans to add options for the aiming reticle? Even if it's just to give the option to change the colour to something easier to see? I'm playing on a monitor, but due to disability I'm not sat that close and my eyesight at 39 isn't as good as it was. I was hoping there would be options either in UI or accessibility to change the reticle to make it easier to see for people who may need it.
