Avowed

Voir les stats:
Attributes, most are bad ?
From game-play perspective. Without thinking about dialogue choices.

general stats
Might - great
dexterity - great

Melee stats
Perception - bad on range even though it gives range ? maybe good on a cit melee, but range just head shot ?
resolve - maybe useful in melee. Ranged not needed.

resource stats
Constitution - enough to not get one-shot ? otherwise potions/dodge/block
intellect - enough to cast the highest cost spell you use.

2 stats feels like good always.
2 stats maybe good on melee (haven't used a lot of melee)
2 stats maybe useless or a small usage.

so am i missing something about the other 4 stats. Or from a fighting perspective only might and dexterity are needed to pump to high numbers

Note: game-pass player, so no owned steam icon.

I only invested in Dexterity and Perception.

Used a rifle to crit my way through the entire game.

Never got sick of hearing that critical sound effect on the rifle.

Holy hell, was that ever powerful.
In my experience
Perception OR Might -- either go all in for that crit chance, or go all in for flat damage.
Pistols and Wands, benefit from perception increase, because it allows you to shoot things from farther away. I do not think Muskets, benefit at all from perception, I think they have max range regardless of perception.

Dex -- This is useful for ANY build and has some of the highest per point gains (compared to other attributes)

Resolve -- this is your stamina bar, so as much as needed.
Int -- this is your mana bar, so as much as needed.
♥♥♥ -- this is your health bar, so as much as needed.

From my understanding if you hit rectangle (weak point) you see when you zoom in with bow/rifle you get a crit. So thats why i feel like perception is wierd. Crit chance of it seems less usefull if you can hit weak points and the range benefits feel not used when a lot of enemies rush you.

Yes, rectangle = guaranteed crit.
So pistols, bows, muskets, crit chance doesn't mean much. However depending on how far you are shooting, you might benefit from the range increase.

For melee, just decide if you are going for flat damage or crit chance, both give roughly 30% bonus at max (15) and both stats scale the same.

It also determines how far you can actually shoot, so unless you're happy to engage at melee range it's a good idea to put some points into it, just so you're not forced to engage at point blank range. High crit chance can be useful for proccing totem and glove/boot abilities too.
resolve - maybe useful in melee. Ranged not needed.
Still needed. You burn stamina each time you shoot, so if you're going dual pistols or high Dex/gunnery for the fast reloads you need enough stamina to keep firing or you'll bottleneck on stamina. It's also used for power attacks even with ranged weapons.

i guess i decided on some of the stats maybe too early. Still in/around paradis level 7. 5+2 might, 5 dexterity (with unused points).

for instance with resolve if as dustin says cap is 15, im still far way from having fast fast action speed with my current 5 dex, which might increase my want for more stamina etc.
Seems our envoy can make final boss explode herself without fighting with 14 int or higher.
