worst art design maybe ever?

Um...yeah, no. It may not be to your taste, but there are literally thousands of shovelware trash games published every month that have the art design of a pigeon with incontinence.

He has a point though, the whole color palette and haphazard stuff piled on each other makes the game look plastic and cheap.
And 70 EUR is not the price point where this is okay.

It definitely is in the list, I have seen many claim it already.
If there's a top 10 I sense it's around 8.

The art style was certainly a choice. I wish they had stuck with PoE 1's art direction.
