Preload and release time for steam

When is it able to preload and what time is it out on steam. For premium edition

Always 48 hours or less for Steam releases. Not sure how this effects "gated on time" releases, sorry early release access, but in theory it will be Tuesday at earliest.

If it's not a midnight release, it's going to be 9 AM PT Thursday according to Xbox counter. Which makes sense, since the review embargo is 6 AM.

Really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ of Xbox to do it that way but what else is new for AAA publishers.
