is there a reason why this game isnt sold on keysites like fanatical? they usually sell me keys for 2/3 of the price on steam

I don't think this publisher tends to release keys to the likes of Fanatical and GMG. The keys that can be found tend to be for their own MS Store platform rather than Steam anyway and are usually from the more grey market sites with one of the more popular stores giving a big 38/39% off but those are MS Store keys.

you're assuming they have a mandate, from what i could tell microsoft lets their publishers manage it the way they want, only requirement is to to put their game on gamepass

sniper elite resistance waited until a few days before release for key destribution to keysites so it might be the case here too but if theyre only destributing MS store keys (which ive never seen before) it would be a bummer, the regional pricing for me stands on 95$ for base game and a game like doom the dark ages is the same but on keysites the price is cut by 33%
