But... but... less than 300,000 people must be a majority of 132 million! DEID Foot soldiers keep telling me so!
THIS is why this "opTioNAL feAtuRe thAt yOu cAN JuST SKip" actually matters. Because it actively affects the writing.
It's not real, everyone who played the preview praised the writing a lot saying it's great, and the writers are the same as PoE 1 and 2. If you're judging before it even launches you're not interested in good writing.
Edit: er, I guess New Vegas had a tiny bit with the perks like Confirmed Bachelor
Still not really a huge loss IMO
Thankfully the world is bouncing back.
I know some people think that non-binary identities happened due to Covid lockdown boredom but there are cultures where what we consider nontraditional identities have just been a thing since as far back as they remember, to say nothing of the fact I've been having discourse about nonbinary identities since almost as far back as I remember being a leftist, which was long before Covid era.
My only problem with non-binary people is that they want to change the language, I'm a foreigner, it's difficult for me to speak/write English, even worse when you have to pay attention to this kind of thing.
I just find it weird when people act like it's some existential threat and the most important issue in their life that other people are non-binary.
And especially when it's literally just a game option like here lol
Gif þu hæfst wæstm mid spræcum þe onhlypæ, ongynne sprecen Ænglisc.
Languages change all the time. 1000 years ago, people who speak English would know exactly what I said. And yes, it's still English. It's Old English.
Yes, no problem with that in games, especially when it's a character creator choice.
Avowed is going to be a great game
