Report a translation problem
It's a skeleton infected by the dreamscourge. It combines a type of enemy found in-game with the storyline. Nothing really that strange.
All of the covers of the games back then looked nothing like the games they were advertising.
Lol Avowed's defense: "Well games that came out 30-40 years ago had things on the box art that weren't in the game!"
Sweet Jesus, even Master Chief is in Halo, and that came out 20 years ago (and by the same producer).
The reason why there are only 2 playable races, humans and elves, is because the Aedyran Empire is mostly populated by those 2 races. If pointed ears trigger you so damn much (you would not survive an elder scrolls game playthrough), play as a human.
Hopefully someone will mod it in eventually.
