Why is the game / everthing so Colourfull ?

You could always go into settings and adjust the contrast/brightness and make it doom and gloom.

The Living Lands were described as being super vibrant and wild. The gun effect I assume is a magic enchantment.

I go to Britain it's all gloomy, and then I go to Hawaii and everything is so colorful and vibrant! I don't believe these are apart of the same universe.

Vibrant and colorful is fine, but the overuse of pink/purple/neongreen makes it an eyesore.
Visually it looks like DA Veilguard and this game were separated at birth.
I really don't like this art style, that's enough for me to skip Avowed.
