not really sure if it's worth it
I haven't played it myself due to motion sickness but I know people who did and none of them liked it and from what I hear on gaming forums it wasn't considered a good game.
So whose brilliant idea was it to make a sequel?
Hopefully Outerworlds 2 is better but a lot of people felt they were lied to about the first one. It's like Starfield--everyone bought it based on prior respect and accomplishments, but by the time they realized it was garbage it was too late to refund.
So like Starfield, company gets to keep ill-gotten cash and brag about sales number even though their playerbase largely disliked their game. So it's going to be an uphill battle for the sequel...
I still can't believe 1 hour into the game I saw every single enemy type and armor/weapon model for the entire game minus a couple special ones.
Not even indies are that bad.
That's why I was glad to hear people who played the Avowed preview say the combat had a lot more going on, and felt a lot better, than something like Skyrim.
Remember is not the best choice, is spacer's choice!
