There is no attempt to marginalize someone to uplift myself here. The point is simply that I'm not just some random whitey trying to talk over minorities, I am one myself. To say nothing of the fact that much of what I have to say about black opinions I hear from black creators and black friends in the first place. Passing along what you hear is not the same thing as speaking over or speaking for others.

That’s considered illegal in the country he lives in. You aren’t allowed to offer hiring advantages to others based on their race, religion, sex, age, etc. The US has anti-discrimination laws in place to hopefully prevent that, has for decades.
