Avowed
Can't add the game to AMD's host application
First and foremost, I'm playing on Gamepass, but I figured this is the best place I could ask for help. Basically, started playing the game, and while its running great and all, it is plagued by the awfully blurry anti-aliasing implementation that most games have these days. I usually get around that by using AMD's sharpening filter, but for some reason the software isn't recognizing Avowed, like there's no dedicated page to it so I can't change stuff like the sharpening filter or anything.

I've also tried adding the game manually (like I usually do when this happens), but its not working. The desktop shortcut doesn't appear on the list when I go to "Add game" on the software, and even navigating to the actual game's software and choosing the "Avowed.exe" file doesn't work, I get an error saying I don't have permission to access that file or something.

Anything I can do to get past that? Thanks. Also, yes, my software and drivers are up to date.

I've noticed this as well. None of the Game Pass titles I've played have been recognized by AMD Software

Damn. Maybe its an XBox app thing then, I know its very annoying when it comes to letting the user meddle with the games' files, so maybe that's it. Oh well.

I just checked the AMD forum, and this looks like a universal issue. From what I can see, AMD doesn't have the necessary permissions, which is something they have to negotiate with Microsoft.
Hello this should still be possible. While AMD doesn't have access to the xbox folder, you the user can. If it's not setup already there should be a shortcut on your desktop for gamepass games. You can add the desktop shortcut. If there is no shortcut you can navigate to the folder where your saved games are. For me the default location is C:/Xboxgames. In there you can find the game exe for Avowed it should be in the \Content\Alabama\Binaries\WinGDK folder. Create a shortcut to your desktop or anywhere else where you can normally access files and AMD software should be able to work with avowed off that shortcut.
