Does the Apple Have a Bite In It?
Saw this guard eating an apple from far away.

Immediately was all like shifting me head around the shoulders and wagging my finger in the air: "That Apple better have a bite out of it!"

As I promplty walked over to this NPC, ready to decipher FOR MYSELF if that apple had a good clean bite out of it - I would be judge jury and executioner this day. I would defend the honor of all the poor little AAA games who can't defend themselves!

Walked over... didn't see no bite. Uh oh. Uhhhh uhhh, oh nooo, where's the bite out of the apple Mr. NPC!?!?!? I studied the apple.

Looked on the other side of his hand, oh it's there. See, it's right there.

Never saw an Oblivion NPC eating an apple did ya! Let alone one with a bite out of it!!

That's because the apple already had a part of it taken out when it loaded into the guards hand in your game. You can't even pick anything up or move them not even on tables, guards don't even help with enemies. Your move.
Does a bear sht in the woods? Are you sure the apple had a bite out of it already?

If it did, and you're right, and it's a terrible, shameful apple, can we make believe pretend... and remain focused on the good aspects of the experience?
Or because we can't knock cups over it's bad?
it probably has a bite take out of it because it had a bite taken out of it when they bought it from the unreal asset store

lacks basic features found in games 20 years ago. dumpster tier game.
yet exceeds games of the past, and today, in countless ways many just conveniently fail to notice. and some won't like it, like anything, but a lot of us sure do, and we're havin a great time. fun to talk about too with others who like it, there's a lot of hidden ♥♥♥♥, but the people who give up too early won't see any of it.

you wonder why people like it... hahaha. maybe some will just never understand certain games. I certainly don't understand Fartnite or Minecraft or Poke(Digi)mon. what's funny is ya'll have played way worse RPGs, especially in your youth, and this is obviously a modern game from thousands of standpoints, you'll just conveniently fail to notice. hahah, banging your heads against walls, while others have a blast. enjoy. have at it. no one's stoppin ya
I must see things other don't.

These moments alone were worth RPG price of admission for someone who's played all the best RPGs to date. That's right. Can't knock cups over, though. Honestly haven't been spending much time thinking about that. And I like knockin cups over like the next guy. But, uhhh. There's more to the game, than uh, than cups...
