3070ti doesn't meet recomended?

I know it's an older card but this game's visuals don't blow me away. Are games not being optimized at all anymore?

Minimum requirement is a 1070 GTX with the recommended being a 3080. 3070Ti should fit between those.

3070Ti is not an "older" card by anyone's metric. Your setup will work just fine.

This game kinda runs like dooky, especially for how small and bland the areas are. I have a 4070ti and even with DLSS and framegen to try and cheat, it still stutters a lot even if pretends you have decent fps. Dev's don't care because the ♥♥♥♥ still sells.

Yes.

And even if you meet recommended, you most probably won't be hitting even solid 60fps @1080p. Even with DLSS.

The main city is especially atrocious for performance.

Imagine that. LOl. And this game isn't even open RPG.

FF 7 the Rebirth runs fine on OP's gpu and that game is completely open-ended.

It's almost 4 years old and it was an upper middle of the road GPU when it was new... So yeah.

The 4080 released two years and 4 months ago. A four year old GPU is old, it ages even more like milk if it's a middle of the road product. While that has no bearing on the intention of the thread, it is nonetheless.

I won't argue that fact, but with DLSS on and low settings I'm having a hard time hitting 60fps. Which is strange seeing I've played a lot of games recently with no issues like this.
