this was confirmed before the game was even in advanced access.
and if you need romance in an RPG to roleplay uhm.. idk. yikes, kinda.
You can roleplay without wanting to jump every companions bones.
hey, at least it's a kinda refreshing complaint compared to all the other stuff on this hub :D
personally I dont really need this one in particular but having more options for interactions with NPCs is always nice. so I see their point.
The Outer Worlds did not have romancing.
Fallout New Vegas did not have romancing.
Pillars of Eternity did not have romancing.
Pillars of Eternity II did have some extremely shallow romance options.
outer worlds didn't.
