Alabama crash potential fix.

If you're using 13 or 14 series intel cpus and have experienced crashes when first starting, or during character creation, I might have found a temp work around.

Download the intel Extreme Tuning Utility, make sure Undervolt Protection is turned on in your BIOS, and drop your Performance Core Ratio and Efficient Core Ratio by 1x and apply.

I assume undervolting might also work, but as someone who doesn't know how to undervolt well enough, this is an easy and simple fix.

Set the post-processing quality to LOW, this will help solve the crashing problem.

Is there a way to set this without going in game? Because before the fix I mentioned, I couldn't even get into game.
