Does anyone know if the shops restock?
and how long does it take if they do.

they do because ive been able to rebut lockpicks and potions, i think maybe its every level up but dont know for sure

I don't think it's level I think it may actually be 24 hours real time.

They absolutely do refresh. I've tested it by testing at the Ivona's Threshold Party Camp and fast travelling back to Claviger's Landing Beacon and running to the vendor Lyanna, she's the second vendor going north from where you first land,and I did it to build my lockpick supply.

It takes between 2 - 4 sleeps at the camp to refresh the vendors. I've experimented and sometimes it takes 2 sleeps, other times it's taken 4. Test it out for yourself. Just stand in front of whatever Crystal is closest to whichever vendor you need, rest a few times then go wherever to whatever your favourite vendor is and your vendor of choice should have whatever you want to rebuy should have it refreshed.
