Avowed is a boring game

-Majority of dialogs are there just to be there, full of yapping.
-MC does not talk, are we back to 2005?
-Face of NPCS are dull, feels like they have no soul.
-Every single female characters have super small boobs. Don't get me wrong we like every type of boobs, we do not choose. Yet making ALL of them with small boobs is something i call fishy. There are no "fit" or "in shaped" female characters, there are only normal shaped or overweight shaped designs.
-Every single male characters are "fit" "muscular" "very well shaped". There is also no overweight type of male character designs. If male chars in games can be this shaped which i want to see as a man, then female characters also deserve to be attractive in video games as well.
-There is no social aspect, missing a lot of RPG elements. It's all about quest dialogs then action and repeat the same process. There is no RPG soul implemented in it.
-One of the most ugliest interface I've seen in video games.
-This game 100% made for XBOX in mind. PC feels like a port from Xbox console.
- Combat is the only positive thing i can say about the game. They did a great job with hit impact. Hitstops also feels very good, hit sounds and hit imapact are very well done, but not enough to keep playing.

In short, even Dragon Age Veilguard was more fun than this game. I was really excited and looking forward to it especially to play while waiting for MH Wilds. But I guess I'm waiting for MH Wilds counting days instead.

By the way, I need to say this; I've been to many games' subreddit before. I have never seen a game subreddit glazing a game this much acting like this is the holy mesiah of rpg games. It's not, stop the insane copium. Game is mid at best.

Last time I watched asmongold was when he was playing the wow classic 2019 launch. I don't watch him since, don't even see him in my yt or twitch recommends. I don't know what are you guys trying to say.

Steam is not the only platform you can buy games. You know there is xbox app exist and it provides regional pricing unlike steam. You can also own this game on consoles as well. Wake up.

My first couple hours with the game have been pretty lack luster.

I can sum it up with saying it is simply a half assed Skyrim with a fruity pebbles color theme.

The story has no hook to draw you in, I am a few hours into the game and honestly find myself just running back and forth to a quest marker to get more drab story that makes you feel like a errand boy delivering msgs.

The combat feels clunky and uninspired imo. I see some people saying they like it, but I am hard pressed to know what about this combat system is appealing.

Can't pickup anything... stealth is an afterthought.... everything just feels so half baked.
Literally nothing about this game feels new or inspired by other games... it is just a copy paste of old systems from games that worked to form this super Game Design By The Numbers experience...

The entire game is just a narrative on rails with a subpar combat system. You have no agency in this world like you do in Skyrim... You can't make a mark in any meaningful way outside of scripted events that will give you a fork in the story at best....

This is just my opinion, but having played 100s of other RPG games.... I can say this one just feels shallow.

I guess its also very boring to watch, 62nd place on twitch with 5.6k viewers. I have never seen interest for a new AAA game be this low, even concord had way more viewers when it was up.
