Major Stuttering Issues?

Anyone else getting major stuttering issues? Literally everything I do the game will stutter and makes it unplayable

PC Specs:
RTX 4070
R7 5800x3d
32 GB Ram 3200mhz
Windows 10

Try update the DLSS 3 and FG support in the game using DLSS swapper.

what version did you update to? im getting tons of spluttering.

Yeah, would like to know the version as well if it solved it for you. i updated to the latest 3.10 version and the stuttering still remains.

i cant update to any DLSS its says "unable to swap dll."

I had the same problem. But as the app says, you need to run it in admin mode for it work. Right click the icon and select "Run as Adminstrator" and it should work then.
