i googleed that Avowed is set in the Pillars of Eternity setting, which i really like. Did Chris work on Avowed? I really think Chris can really make some cool and thoughtful narritives without being like a sanctimonious whining nerd.

Nah, dude was backstabbed and abandoned by Obsidian when allegations of sexual misconduct about him cropped up.

Thankfully my man managed to clean his name and still got quite a bit of money as settlement.

His falling out with Obsidian was before sexual allegations. He left Obsidian in 2015 due to issues in management practices. Sexual allegations came in 2020 during a pandemic. He lost several jobs because of false claims, but luckily, he won a defamation suit.

oh yeah, i love him, i always feel he is like a Rasputin when i first meet him. but when you dive deeper you find that his crisis in faith is a really fun thing to think about.
POE have some really cool lore about how gods are created. it was pretty different from your usual Faerûn setting.
also, love that big dungeon in your homebase, reminds me of that mega dungeon in BG2.

He is working on Alaloth now and both Pathfinder game. Dont really like Kingsmaker but WotR is amazing. I dont think he worked on rogue trader.
