Same reason PlayStation includes Xbox button prompts in all of their PC ports. PC players have a plethora of peripherals to choose from based on personal preference. Why limit access and functionality because one doesn't own a specific controller? There are also plenty of Xbox games on PC Gamepass (Indiana Jones and the Great Circle) that support Dualsense with no problem. There really is no excuse except for lazy devs or "walled-garden" ideology.

+1 for dual sense support. Coming back from KCD2 with all the haptics, playing Avowed feels dead. The haptics in KCD2 are amazing, you can feel the melee weight and the stamina drain. Also, I can't stand the Fisher-Price look of the XBox buttons anymore.

probably will have support soon. this year's batch of xbox gaming studios games will probably the last batch of games that are releasing with no ps5 ports simultaneously. future batch will probably has dualsense support as microsoft is going third party

Exactly! Once you try gyro, there is no going back. Also the triggers and the haptics.
