Some russian guy blamed the release of the DA: Veilguard on satanists in the government. You seem to be friends with him.
The problem with new games is not what they bring in, but what they deprive us of. Projects become too soft and do not take risks to show us shock content. This is the problem of the same Veilguard. If you remove everything "modern" from it, then the game will still be pretty average. They could have done an order of magnitude better if they had made the game darker without removing anything "progressive".
The developers are not fools and know that all the attention goes to criticizing modern trends, thus masking the real flaws.
You people put so much on queer people and hare the white straight people that its just pathethic, cringe.
Tou can t say anything on any forum, democrats don t like other opinions its a instant ban, people in the west i see them as victims of a very agressive propaganda and brainwash.
It was a ok game despite of that. I don t think many people liked the lesbian couple and all party members beeing bisexual horny predators. It had value in other stuff.
Sounds like you agree with me.
Their mindset in and of itself prevents them from achieving greatness, as I said. They are deliberately taking out what we enjoyed in the past because what we enjoyed is seen as a problem to them and something that must be changed.
They removed their talented developers for diversity hires and yes men, created a space of toxic positivity and refuse to listen to anyone who expresses concerns about what they're doing.
I'm not sure how a russian blaming satanists has anything to do with what I said though.
Okay, let me count the ways.
1. Early Access with direct communication between the players and the developers where the players concerns were addressed and their feedback implemented over a 3 year period of time.
2. The writing team went out of their way to try and account for every permutation players would try (thanks to early access) and wrote scenarios for as many as they could. Nothing was given preferential treatment over another. No ideology was pushed and no one was made to feel unwelcome.
3. Player choice was considered king. They respected players opinions and intelligence, gave players the tools and trusted players would be able to solve the problems they were faced.
4. They didn't go on social media to berate and insult half of the potential audience but welcomed anyone and everyone who would be willing to give the game a try.
5. They made it possible for players to kill every single companion and not have the story require them but also made each one relevant to the main story in some capacity so each could be a main playable character or a companion.
6. In the event that players chose to kill all the companions they gave an option to bring in mercenaries so players could have their own custom team if they want.
7. It's cooperative (sometimes) multiplayer and thus players could play together with friends and family if they want.
8. It's infinitely replayable with all the choice permutations available.
I f****** love Baluder's Gate 3
Baldur's gate was a fantastic game that focused on the important things that are necessary to make a game successful such as a focus on story rather than identity, game mechanics, companion interactions (well despite being overly horny), making it feel like a D&D game, interesting villains, paying attention to details.
So all you do by continuing to hoist BG3 as your flag of inclusivity is speak to how much anti-woke people also enjoy diversity and are even willing to look past woke when a game is extremely well made.
