its going to be atleast an 8, probably a high 8 or even a 9, because it has all the woke stuff, they wont want to give it a low score.
heh this person thinks its going to be a success roflmao. Also, ONE woke game has succeeded which was Bg3 every single other one has failed hard, its not a good track recored and the reason Bg3 was a success was because while it has woke stuff it does not force it on the player, you have to go looking for it, and what they do find was very well written and doesn't feel overly forced. Normal gamers that find some of it give it a pass as its well written and the game is good enough. Problem with every other woke game? forces it on the player, its poorly written and implemented, and just feels completly out of place solely because of how forced it was. Veilguard is honestly the most woke game i've ever seen, as no game pushes it down the players throat more than veilguard did, and thats why the game failed, or at least half the reason, the other reason is its just a bad game period. The woke stuff is a good way to push most of the 99.5% of normal gamers away from your game, and the remaining 0.5% or less is not enough to make a game that cost 100+ million dollars a success.
yeah then ign will retract it and give it their "safe to keep access" 7/10 instead of what it prob really deserves which is a 4/10 like veilguard as a prime example, even if you ignore the woke garbage, its just a very bad game by itself. From what I've seen in Avowed the char designs are poor, with women who look like men, the facial animations looked comically horrible, cast honestly just LOOKS boring. Will have to see more to really decide but its not looking good, and the pronouns are a BIG red flag for most of the 99.5% of normal gamers, as they never shove just one woke unneeded thing in, they always add a ton of other stuff that is equally unwanted. Pronouns have no place in a videogame or media, and adding them only has penalties and not any benefits. Should just left it male and female which is how its always been. Game could have avoided ALL this drama if they left it male/female instead of using unwanted pronouns. That dude sperging out on social media does not help Obisidian at all, as hes racist as hell and has turned even more people away from Avowed and prob any other future Obsidian product. If anything that clown needs to be fired or at least give a public apology, as allowing them to stay with nothing being done basically sends the message that Obsidian agrees with what he said.
At least the mod is fair I guess
