In Corporations, execs/leaders are mostly untouchable "higher class".
All racist nonsense he says applies only to poor, overworked average "lower class" devs that do all the hard work for him and other execs/leaders.

When a Corporation has financial problems, they will fire most average devs, but very rarely execs/leaders. Look at Bioware. In 2023 they fired all remaining veteran BG2 devs, but not incompetent Game Director Corinne.

Also it's sad to hear that Josh Sawyer is now also one of them.

Trust me on this. I've seen the pattern a lot.

This is a _sign_ the person harbors extreme prejudiced views.

It is always the _same signs_ . They slip up every now and then and you'll see their true colors. Their behavior serves two purposes, one it helps suppress guilt, and secondly it helps them steer their uncontrollable prejudiced attitudes.

Prejudice is always more complex than it appears on the surface. Take n*zis, who disliked certain people not just due to the color of their skin but their backgrounds, disabilities, and sexual orientation. I never starts and ends at merely the first take.

Prejudiced attitudes are a way of life, not passing opinions.
