Mana doesn't regenerate?
What a shame

You can passively regenerate both health and essence.
There is equipment for it you can find.
There are plenty of ways to never use any food or potions like skills, you can also go to camp and heal instantly after each fight.

Oh noooooo you actually have to manage your resources and be mindful of how many potions you chug during combat. How terriblllllllllllle.

This, like any other RPG out there, gives you 3000 different ways to recover your mana/health. Just play it a little and you'll find em
That's for peasants.

Googled the trinket. If some wh0re's ring can give you mana regen, there's no reason to not regen it on your own or through grimoires.
Plus I'm sure that seal spell is a must have once you unlock it and will be abused non stop. Might as well just given MC mana regen instead of inventing weird annoying workarounds

That funny purple thing that gets left over from nearly everything you kill is essence.

Complains about the lack of passive mana regen, then also complains that there are ways to get mana regen. You're just jester farming at this point.

You must be new to rpg's. Even using Arcane Seal with regen gear doesn't give you an infinite amount of mana to "abuse" your spells. And you're restricted to the area of the seal if you want the bonuses, making you quite vulnerable. AND it's got a 60 second cooldown. If you feel like your quality of gameplay will reduce because you choose to play it one way, and stubbornly, then that is 100% a you problem, not a game design one.

Go play Diablo 4, it's perfect for dog brains
I think having mana is stupid in the first place. I think they should have went with varying casting times for abilities and set number of cast like in Deadfire.
Just go to your base and craft food for it. You get way more manafood, than you need. Later with the talent, that increase the manareg when you pickup a mana orb, it does help a lot.
Im on the third map. With talents, items and a spellbook, i am at 96% cost reduction for those spells in the book.

There are more than one item that let's you passively regen your mana. One is a trinket and there is also a secret ring in the first map. It's near a lift, in a chest. Hidden switch in a statue. I only use that ring. Regen is slow, but it's enough to fill your magic bar somewhat between fights while you parkour or having a conversation.
