So there are songs? I only just got the game and haven't tried it yet, but the poem in the trailer is slightly different: "Six guests came one night", "No one came out that night".
I also remember another verse from the original:
Skipping threes and skipping fives:
perhaps that's how one derives
the answer to this wordy tale.
But you won't win, you're bound to fail.
I have no idea why these have been stuck in my head for about 30 years. :) The unusual(ly good) voice acting may have something to do with it. Besides, as a kid, I was really proud of my English being good enough to catch and understand what was being said, and listened to these lines many times over.
I'm so glad you asked, so that I can share this.

and from the comback

and yes, there's 11th hour on there.
TeamFAT is just so good. Hope that got at least something from the remake.
Thanks! Great soundtrack.
That wasn't part of "the poem". That was the clue to the library puzzle.
I meant the original game, not that poem, sorry. (Although I don't remember the puzzle anymore, it's just the words that got stuck in my memory for some reason.)
I just saw this now, due to Steam sometimes doesn't notify me.
I was talking about the original, too. It's what Stauf says while you're doing the library puzzle, looking through the telescope to spell out "There is no possible way".
Yes, the original game, but not the same poem.
Ah, I misunderstood. I thought you were saying there was another verse from that poem that the sequel left out.
No problem. I used the word "verse" which was misleading.
