After trying on close and leaving store. you are asked to pay for the close. upon returning payment will not process.

I had a similar issue doing the same as you describe, it turned out that there is a EFTPOS device on the customer side of the counter. It is so small that I did not see it at first, once I did spot it and interact with it I paid for the item my Zoi had chosen.
