I was thinking of picking it up. I didn't care for the Sims because I didn't like the cartoony style. But this looks pretty good.
A 2060 is not high. Good grief.
I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and a 2070 and I’m not sure how it’s going to run

The only time the game ever struggles is during auto-saves and it occasionally shudders when loading object menus in build mode--both of which are common in similar games, and neither serious enough to complain about.
The only other things I will add is I do have Smart Zoi disabled because I have an AMD processor (Ryzen 7 2700X), so I can't consider that factor. But I also run it off an external hard drive, which sometimes can interfere with performance (Sims 4 literally could not handle it).
I haven't tried it on my newer laptop--I might for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles--but overall I'd say the optimization is just fine.
