Saved colour swatches disappeared

Yesterday I was decorating and recolouring a premade house and saved some of the most used colours as swatches.
Today I continue the same game and those saved colours are now gone. My workaround is going past the items from yesterday and saving their colours once again but that's not really how it should be. I assume it is a bug
