There's no confirmation that it's 3.0 or 3.1. However. After watching this Game being developed, I would be highly confident in saying that it'll be 3.1 (which includes frame gen).

inZOI is confirmed to have FSR 3 at Early Access Launch. They just haven't confirmed which version yet

Didnt FSR 3.0 had Frame Gen too? So it dosnt really matter if its FSR 3.0 or 3.1 but sure 3.1 is better.

Especially for steam deck users should be able to receive fsr 3.1 support too hopefully it gets verified and supported once it launches or in late development.
