Report a translation problem
I doubt it if it's a single player only game and even if the developers worked on bringing one, it would take a lot of resources, time and developers to bring out and something like that might not be possible until some point long after early access if it's not on their internal timetable or docket.
If it were done by modders instead, it would still take a while to hack something together if possible through an injectable script and a third party hosting service to act as lobby and game room. Even then it's a careful balancing act and it might need to be constantly updated with each new update as more things change and get added or replaced.
