Purple flashing when going out of build mode.

I keep having this issue. It makes playing the game quite painful. I have a 5070 Ti, and a Ryzen 7 7800X3D. Game is on a very new M.2, and I have about 32 GB RAM. Every other game is perfectly fine (i.e. Marvel Rivals, Warhammer 40.000: Space Marine, etc). I have nothing else running in the background. All drivers are up-to-date (even performed a clean GPU driver reinstall just to be sure). I've updated my BIOS beforehand, and I have the latest hotfix as well.

I tried lowering the settings, tried toying with them, it keeps happening. The only way to "reduce" the chance of a flash from 100% to about 80% is probably changing the build-mode daytime to fit the play mode daytime (i.e. night, day, whatever). Does anyone else have this? Is there a way to get rid of this flashing? This is the only thing genuinely keeping me away from playing the game unfortunately :(
