tbh it doesnt need that beefy of a GPU i had a GTX 1650 and it ran at a constant 60 fps with zero lag or stuttering or issues
Your device lacks even the minimum recommended GPU specs to run, and possibly even lacks the RAM to be able to run it based on the device you described. Your only option is an upgrade really. Someone mentioned using Geforce now, but I do not know how or if that would even work for you in this case. Maybe someone else could chime in on that.
Yeah, you'll need a PC that doesn't have integrated graphics. Basically, there are two kinds of graphics card: The ones built into the motherboard (the main piece of hardware everything else goes into inside your PC), and those slotted into the graphics slot on said motherboard.

Often, general purpose PCs like Lenovo sells don't even have a big enough case for a dedicated, plug-in graphics card. If you have the money and are really serious about playing this, make a print-out of the system specs (at the bottom of the store page, before you get to reviews) and bring them to wherever you bought your PC, and see if they can set you up with a "gaming PC" that meets them.

These over-the-counter "gaming PCs" would be scoffed at by most gaming purists, but fortunately, they can do a fine job running a lot of games, so ignore those purists. :)
