Get a Refund
How can I get a refund? My kids only played it for 94 minutes, it is past 2 weeks as kids haven't been up since purchasing due to family commitments. How can we refund? It didn't run the best on our family pc as it was.

You can refund the way you normally would: Click the game, find Support, and click "It's not what I expected" to find the refund option. But after two weeks, it's hit and miss whether they'll refund.

As long as its under 2 hours playtime, they will refund.

They refused on grounds it was over 14 days old, I have sent in a new request. Fingers crossed. This is first time ive had an issue with under 2 hour refund, although I have only had to do it with 2 games before and they was years back.

over 2 hours play time and longer than 14 days in possession. are generally not refunded.
Refund policy is usually less than an hour of play time and about a week or so after purchase. In that case, you just click on "Help", go to "Steam Support", and state that the product failed to meet expectations before making a refund request, citing reasons from anything to technical issues or frequent crashes or whatever.
as has been said the refund rules are, two hours playtime or fourteen days of ownership which ever comes first.
