Unpopular opinion: I appreciate the lack of preset townies

I used to hate how every time I started a Sims game, it was always the same people around. Sometimes I wanna see the Goths or the Pancakes, but sometimes I want a fresh start, you know? Now when I want a fresh start I've got inZOI, and when I want to visit familiar faces I've got Sims.

To me having played 180 hrs so far in the fresh starts i have made i see the same zois wandering round but with different names . exact same hairstyles and outfits as they had in another save just the name changed

I'll have to look into this. I've done exactly two saves and I saw a girl with bright pink double buns, definitely no one I saw during the 20 hours I spent on my first save. I also noticed that the home where my first Zoi's lover lived alone with her three sons is now occupied by a married couple and their singular baby.

Empty houses get taken over by families in time and they live their lives and have families of their own and grow and die eventually if you have ageing on
