Very abnormal CPU usage
My PC space is :

CPU: 9800x3d

GPU: 5080

Ram: 64 G

I found very abnormal CPU usage. Loading or even during playing, My CPU will suddenly increase the CPU usage 100%.

Even if this game has put so many update, but this never been solved. I don't want to play it again before this problem be solved.

Hope dev team can find solution to solve it.
