Some requests for QOL and RP factors

Allow us to assign more than just beds to Zois. I'd like to assign dressers, refrigerators, sinks, bathrooms, all kinds of things to individuals or all (or multiple). If I have a group living in a house but one person has the master bedroom with its own bathroom and the others don't, well I don't want them barging into the master bedroom because they can't wait 5 minutes to pee lol. I also don't want them going into each others' bedrooms to put on pajamas just because it's closest to where they are or it's the newest one placed down or whatever logic it is.

This is a bit more of an ask, but "room assignments" where that stuff in that room becomes priority to-use by whoever you assign the room to would be awesome, and cover a lot of that.

Also you need to let NPCs and Zois communicate by range and not by item. I was in a bank and I tried to talk to the NPC sitting across the desk, and their response was to stand up, walk all the way around all the desks, then make the person sitting in a chair next to me stand up, so they could sit down and we could talk. Very weird. If there is just a "within vicinity" check then that would work better than making them sit in a chair that is actually further away from me just because the desk "blocked" the vision.
