Not sure about my specs
I am going to be getting an Acer Predator Helios Neo 14 which has an Intel Core Ultra 7-155H AI PC, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070, and 16GB DDR5 RAM are these specs good enough to run the game? My CPU isn't the recommended one, but my GPU is better than what is recommended I think.

Yes

Edit: you CPU is a High-End-CPU even over the RECOMMENDED, just like the rest.

When I tested my CPU against the one it recommends, it said my CPU was worse, so I was worried. I used User CPU Benchmark to compare.

and just for reference to the recommended specs:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/134594/intel-core-i712700k-processor-25m-cache-up-to-5-00-ghz/specifications.html

quite a big bit of difference, especially on the performance-core base frequency which is over 2ghz slower than the recommended CPU.

recommended is the Intel Core i7-12700K
here is a CPU comparison with your CPU
So your CPU performed slightly worse in the test. but should still work.
sorry for my statement, even over the recommended

So should I be okay to run the game?

it should still work,
under recommended but better than the Intel Core i5-10400
which is considered a minimum requirement. to start and play, you should be able to.

You should be.

Worst case scenario, you refund the game if you're not happy with the performance. You're allowed to as long as you are below two weeks of owning the game and below two hours of playtime, no questions asked. No reason not to give it a go at least.

If I can run it, you should be able to run it with these specs. I do have 32 GB of RAM, but I don't think that's a necessary amount for this game.

16GB should be fine, the 4070 will have enough memory of its own as well.
IIt also depends a lot on the resolution.
According to the system requirements, I'm between low and medium settings with my RX 5700XT and i5 10600K. However, I assume the system requirements are for a higher resolution, because at 1080p, I can play the game on ultra between 50 and 60 FPS with my hardware.

Good point, I'm also at 1080p which might account for my shocking performance on old hardware.

1080p is pretty standard measurement as far as resolution goes, it's usually accounted for without asking.

I was able to run it at 60fps with a GTX 1460, significantly lower than the minimum requirements, but it crashed a lot (VRAM or RAM issue?) . As has been mentioned elsewhere, with the resolution scaling it can be adapted to almost any PC. However, to run it at maximum speed without problems, you need a good computer. I currently have an RTX 5070 with zero stuttering or crashes in 2k + Ultra + Intelligent Zois.

i think with your equip should be able to run with hight settings, but RAM could be better (10Gb/15Gb used in my plays)
