BUG TO REPORT - ZOIs ACTING SICK OR TIRED FOR NO REASON

I have a bug to report that has affected different Zois that I have played where they act tired and move sluggishly even though they are fully fed and rested with no sickness. Even the First Aid Kit won't offer any medicine because the game doesn't recognize their illness. How does one fix that?

And they're not lethargic or anything either? Make sure to check all their moodlets in detail just in case.

Have you tried sending them back to bed for another sleep , I had it once and them having another sleep sorted them out

I also noticed there might be an allergy feature, thanks to some of the text in the game. Could it be they're suffering an allergy attack?

My ZOI's moodlet is "Flutter" - sleep meter is full - he's not hungry. The first aid kit won't offer him any kind of medicine because it doesn't seem to register that he is sick. I've let him sleep in hopes to reset him - but NOTHING. He just walks around acting walking sluggishly tired and sick. And not only one ZOI either - I have others in another file that does that too.
