inZOI
Inzoi Not Working no matter what I try, please help
Hi Everyone,

I am a bit at a loss and need help. I have tried for hours to get Inzoi Working on my Gaming PC. I have updated the BIOS, all drivers are up to date, have changed the settings as shown (eg. increased page file size to 16484 on Maximum) on multiple forums and still no luck. I have also have verified all game files and uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Anyone have any ideas? The Specs of my PC are:
Operating System: Windows 11 Home 64-bit
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M Gaming Wifi (AM5)
Graphics Card: NVIDA GeForce RTX 4070
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7000 8-Core Processor
RAM: 15480MBytes
Installed Physical Memory (RAM): 16GB
Bios: F2b UEFI (using Gigabyte control centre it says I am up to date and when trying to install other BIOS it says that they are not supported, yes I used the serial number to identify the exact motherboard on the gigabyte website)

Drivers:
AMD Chipset Driver: Version 7.02.12.148

GeForce Game Ready Driver Version 576.02

In terms of storage left on my computer, I have 78.5 GB left.

Anyone got any ideas? The game sometimes runs for 2 minutes and crashes or just crashes my whole computer when loading shaders. A few times it has also just frozen. When it has worked for two minutes, the settings have been on low graphics.

If I were you, I'd head over to NVIDIA forums and see if anyone has similar issues there, maybe even report the issue yourself. Crashing your entire PC is not something a game is supposed to do.

Last thread for feedback I see is for 576.02
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/563010/geforce-grd-57602-feedback-thread-released-41625/

They listed this as fixed:
- [InZOI] Game may crash with error "GPU crashed or D3D Device Removed" [5154864]

I don't see any known issues with inZOI currently listed though.

thank you :)
Well... I spoke with NVIDA, turns out, Razer clashes with INZOI. Uninstalling Razer apps on the computer fixed the issue

Yes!! Once I uninstalled the Razer Application/ Synapse and all Razer features off my PC suddenly Inzoi worked! The lady said apparently it clashes and makes a few games crash and not run

Same problem -- says out of video memory, but I have a 4070 super... I bought this and Oblivion remastered recently, both of them have this problem. Tried many different troubleshooting methods.

Have you tried to uninstall razer if you have it? Might work for you too!

Do you have any Razer software on it.. i saw earlier someone with that problem, if so remove Razer and it should work.

I have 60 hrs playing Inzoi, my keyboard Razer Huntsman V2 and mouse Razer Viper Ultimate, zero crashes. My synapse is always updated.

My nvidia driver is also rolled backed to an older version because it caused lag when I VR using Steam link. Zero issues with games including Inzoi.
well, it was what NVIDA recommended and the one thing that worked when uninstalled so idk

Glad it worked for you. I never had issues with the Razer app, if anything it was always with Nvidia when they push new drivers. Is why I wait a few months before updating it.
