[Resolved]Issue when downloading in Canvas

Hi all ! Hope you are doing fine. Canvas had been working fine for me until now. However, when I try to download a Zoi, it no longer works. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that didn't help. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Has anyone found a workaround or solution? Have a nice day !

Since last weekend I cannot enter Canvas. All I get when clicking Canvas button is a white window which is total empty. Before that Canvas works fine for me

Are you loading Canvas in your browser or in game ? In my side, i’m loading it in the browser. URL in the browser is the following : https://canvas.playinzoi.com/.

Workaround found, you need to delete the empty folders which are in C:\Users\Guill\OneDrive\Documents\inZOI\Canvas\MyAppearances then download back the zois you need from Canvas.
