example: Canvas says anything larger than 500 MB may not be uploaded. but your file is 1.1 GB then you won't be able to upload it.
Edit: If your house is too overloaded with items, it might have too much MB.
You can view your data in the Inzoi folder in Documents. I think
understood, do you know what's the size limit for the house?
No, not exactly. Google says Canvas has an upload limit of 500mb.
but canvas is a third party software i think.. so I have no idea what Krafton has set as Maxupload for Inzoi
Edit: I can't test. all my stuff in the folder is not much bigger than 3mb (3,16mb my largest file). Documents\inZOI\Canvas\MySites
Thank you for your explanation, that helps a lot for me to understand how this works. However, i checked the file size you mentioned and it shows that the size of my house is only 1.76 MB? so i think it's not because of the size issue?? I'm so confused about all this ;(
I checked the house file size and it's only 1.7MB, is it too big to upload?? It doesn't make sense lol
Here's an update: I deleted all the 3D printed items and customized objects (like custom sheets or drawings). Basically, everything in the house is now default from the base game — and it finally let me upload it.
So I can confirm it's not really a size issue. It seems the system doesn't allow you to upload a house if it contains even one 3D printed item.

well, at least you found the problem. good to know you can get it uploaded. The 3d printed objects themselves would need to uploaded besides the lot, and if you had too many i suspect would have put it right over the limit.
you welcome..
then I don't know what the reason is.
then it might be a bug or one of the custom items and 3d items is causing this. that triggers an error.
good that it worked, too bad that you had to delete all the custom and 3d items.
Especially in EA, where they haven't optimized it yet. that they also limit the upload.
that other users who download it don't have the same problem.
The downloader might have a worse PC than the house builder. and has problems loading so many objects.
