I feel like a life sim? WIll this game work?

I'm not really a fan of the sims because it looks very kiddy, but this looks fairly realistic. I more so want to play it for a life sim, bit like a rags to riches kind of game? Is this game going to fulfil that or is it more a family baby sit simulator like The Sims?

Also this isn't a flex because I've genuinely heard this game has terrible performance, but would a 4080 super be able to play this with a steady FPS on the best graphics? I want to play it with the good graphics I see in trailers.

Can't help you on your first question but my 4080 super runs the game fine on ultra.

It's a daily wage system, and if you get promoted, your daily wage will double, but it's monotonous and long-term work, so it's not what you'd expect.
It's not a promotion story like GTA.
There's also a gambling lottery.
However, various things will be added in the future.
