If you have not played for more than two hours the refund is automatic. If for any unknown reason, even if you indicate that you can't play it, you have more than 2 hours. Good luck to you. Or Geforce Now.

Are you trolling? I didn't know that the steam forums were the right place to ask for refunds. The developers don't even hang out here and STEAM isn't going to give you any money back if you ask for it on the forums.
