Change Charakter appearance

I am wondering, is it somehow possible to change the character appearance after you have started a game or does anybody know if there are any plans for something like this?
I know that you can change a few things like clothes, makeup, hair and eyebrow but not the full character. This might be something that should be in the game as it is a bit frustrating if you have to start a complete new game just to play with your updated character which means you have to do everything again, from learning and getting to lv10 in each ability again.
For a complete new character it is ok but if you wish to make some adjustments to your actual character, it is a bit disappointing.
