Zoi wishes I can't fulfill.
My zoi's have certain wishes that I can't see any way of fulfilling. Such as child zoi wants to blow bubbles, but cannot find any item or means to do so. Am I missing something?

That happens because the game is not complete. You have to wait.

I realize that. I know the game is early access. But why give us tasks that can't be fulfilled and unusable items?

I swore it was an option in one of the kid tents, may be wrong

The "Blow Bubbles" option is a self-interaction (a "personal action") that becomes available when the Zoi is fully outside. It didn’t show up for me when my Zoi was just in the yard—they had to be completely out of the house for the option to become available.
